Provision of services (max. 90 days per year)

You must notify the authorities if you wish to provide a service in Switzerland for a maximum of 90 working days per calendar year.

Does the service that you wish to provide fall under the category of a regulated professional activity? Then you must complete the SERI declaration procedure.

In addition, before providing these services, you will need to notify the exact number of working days via the www.easygov.swiss portal. This notification is always required, even if your professional activity is not regulated. Legal basis for declaration procedure

Under EU Directive 2005/36/EC service providers from the EU/EFTA benefit from a simplified declaration procedure, enabling them to temporarily carry out a professional activity that is regulated in Switzerland.
