Support for Young Researchers and Young Talents

Support for young talents and researchers is a priority focus of federal support in the area of education, research and innovation for 2021-2024. In this framework, the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) provides support to selected stakeholders that help young people in Switzerland to compete in terms of excellence with the world’s best and brightest.

Support for young talents across national borders covers the following target groups, support activities, organisations and institutions:
