The projects in this subject area address vocational, study and career guidance measures, focusing on the success criteria of a person’s vocational biography. The projects address the scope and the limits of personal flexibility when choosing an occupation or course of study; the influence of non-cognitive factors on a person’s vocational career; and the effect of changes in vocational careers on individual careers.
