Changes to legislation proposed in the 2025–2028 ERI Dispatch

In the 2025–2028 ERI Dispatch, the Federal Council is proposing amendments to a number of federal laws.

The Federal Council is proposing amendments to the following four laws:

Federal Act on Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPETA - in german)

Federal decree on funding in accordance with the Federal Act on the Funding and Coordination of the Higher Education Sector in the years 2025–2028 (in german)

Federal Act on the Federal Institutes of Technology (ETH Act - in german)

Federal Act on the Promotion of Research and Innovation Act (RIPA - in german)
