Around 1 in 6 obtain a managerial position after advanced professional education and training

Neuchâtel, 22.10.2019 - Among persons who completed advanced professional education and training in 2016, the share of managers one year after qualification was, depending on the type of qualification, between 15 and 19 percentage points higher than prior to the start of education and training. Furthermore, depending on the type of qualification, between 74% and 84% of university graduates said that they had achieved their professional goals. These are the results of the first survey on advanced professional education and training from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
