The Federal Council issued a mandate to the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (and specifically SERI) to conduct an in-depth study of the challenges that digitalisation poses for education and research in Switzerland. This report is part of this mandate and its findings were used to prepare an action plan on digitalisation within the ERI sector for 2019 and 2020.
