More and more OECD countries are focusing their attention on tertiary education. The OECD study ‘Skills beyond School’ addresses the education policy issues that arise in this context, such as financing and governance, matching supply and demand, quality assurance, equal opportunities and access to more advanced levels of education and training. Several countries participated in the study, including Switzerland.
